Payments are DUE UPON BOOKING and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please pay promptly to secure your booking.


Re-booking due to unforeseen circumstances may be possible, but email notice must be received at least

48 business hours in advance.



If you are offered to re-book, you must do this within one week of your original appointment date, or your appointment will be considered a cancellation/no-show.


Cancellations and no-shows will need to schedule new appointments, under a new fee invoice (once both the original & new invoices are paid your new session will be booked).
