What is a healing Treatment with me like?
When I start to work with you I intuitively use the healing methods that I am drawn to for your highest good.
After arranging a time to send the healing will explain how I will work and we can talk about any issues.
When I have sent the distance healing I send a video explaining what I have done and what I have picked up within your energy healing and any information on blocks and imbalances within your chakras.
I also look at my Tarot cards and Oracle to receive messages to help you on your healing journey.
I can also record a tailor-made Yoga Nidra meditation for you to keep and listen to.

I fell in love with healing and this magical natural gift that we all have!!
I first learnt Reiki which I loved and studied to Master level as I so wanted to teach the world all that I had learnt and spread the word that we can all heal ourselves!! I went on to discover different forms of healing I studied with Doreen Virtue as an Angel healer and reader. I then travelled to India and learnt Ayurveda healing, on my return, my daughter was born and became very ill and ended up in the Intensive Care when she was in there the nurse used to massage her reflex points - this so impressed me as I realised how much energy healing helped not just with aligning chakra and helping emotional energy but it really helped to cure people. So I continued studying many different forms of energy healing, massage and Acupuncture. On qualifying, I left my job to become a full-time therapist which I loved. I worked by mixing in all the different forms of energy healing. I would also use my intuition to guide me where the balance was needed to help to heal and used my cards to give insight, messages and guidance to help my client understand why they may have the pain and what steps they could take to change and continue to heal and help themselves.
I am qualified as a therapist in the following; Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki, Trance Spirit Healing, Breathwork, Crystal Healing, Spiritual Healing, Yoga Nidra, Chakra Healing/cleansing/balancing, Quantum Touch, Hands of Light healing, Pendulum balancing, Chios Healing, The Doctors from Heaven,
and T.I.M.E _ Angel healing (explained below).
What is TIME©?
TIME© stands for Theocentric Interactive Magnetic Energy©. This is a healing method that was inspired by the Archangels and a collective of spirit guides called The Healers. I am attuned to TIME©, and connected with Spirit Guides, Archangels and the Ascended Masters who work through me, using the physical body as a vessel to disperse healing energy.
During this distance healing, I will call on my Spirit Guides, Angels and Masters for guidance and then connects to the higher self of the person receiving the healing. A clearing of the auric field is then done followed by scanning to look for any imbalances or blockages in the chakras. Once these are found, I send energy to you - the experience can only be described as energy being pulled by a magnet. All of the chakras are cleared and aligned using this method. At the end of the session, I will ask if there are any messages to be given to the person receiving the healing to come through from the Guides, Angels and Masters.
What do I have to do to receive the healing?
There are specific instructions for the person receiving healing as follows:
1. At your agreed upon time, you will focus on being open to receiving healing energy.
2. You will protect yourself energetically with either a protective crystal such as hematite or black obsidian and/or ask Archangel Michael to cloak you in a shield of protection so that only love and light can enter your field.
3. You will give permission for the Healers to connect with your higher self to participate in this healing process.
4. You will hold one other person in your field of awareness to receive love and light while you are being healed.
5. You will focus on the area(s) that are in need of healing and ask that your cells allow the healing to take place.
6. You will focus on your breathing, breathing in the love, light and TIME™ healing and exhaling anything unlike love, anything that does not serve your best interest.
7. When you begin to feel the healing happening, you will pay attention to what exactly you experience and if possible write it down or record it.
8. Once you receive communication from me, you will release love and light into the universe by holding the intention for it to go out wherever it is needed.
9. You will give thanks to your higher self, the angels and the Healers who participated in your healing.
10. You can then talk to me about your experience and how you feel.
You should drink plenty of water after any energy work has been done. The energy will continue to work on any areas that were blocked or imbalanced and the Angels and Guides will continue the process.
